We want this website and a visit to the store to work for everyone.

This website

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines, version 2.2, at level AA. That is the standard we work to. It is an aim, not a certification, and we have not had the website independently evaluated against it.

What we work at:

• Body text at 16 pixels or larger, and pages that hold together when text is enlarged.
• Strong contrast between text and what is behind it.
• Written descriptions on photographs that carry meaning, and none on photographs that are only decoration.
• Visible labels on forms, and errors explained in words rather than by colour alone.
• Keyboard access to the things you need to use.
• Reduced motion where your device asks for it.

If any part of this website is hard for you to use, please tell us. We would like to know, and we will look at what we can change.

Coming into the store

We are at 928 Eglinton Avenue West, in midtown Toronto. There is one entrance, through the double doors on Eglinton Avenue West.

Entry is through two doors, with a buzz-in system. Please ring the bell for assistance.
