Worn claws and settings, broken chains and clasps, loose gemstones, replacement gemstones, and pearls that need restringing.

Older jewellery made wearable again, without losing its character.

Bring it in
Bring the item to the store during opening hours. We inspect it with you and describe it on your receipt.
An honest assessment
About a quarter of repairs can be quoted on the spot. The rest need to be examined by a specialist first. Either way, you will know the cost before any work begins.
The work
We do not promise a fixed turnaround. We tell you what to expect, and every repair is checked before it comes back to you.
Collection
We call you when your jewellery is ready to collect at the store.

We are glad to clean jewellery as a courtesy. We never clean soft, porous or treated materials, because cleaning can damage them.

Pearls go on last and come off first.
Keep silver in a closed pouch or box when you are not wearing it.
Ask us before cleaning anything at home. We will tell you what is safe for your item.
Jewellery is not sold with a warranty. We would rather tell you plainly what each repair involves and what it costs.
